Elmo-Tech Wins Extension for Two-Year National Spanish Contract
|

Elmo-Tech Ltd. announces an extension of the contract for the provision of electronic monitoring systems to Spain’s countrywide offender monitoring scheme. Elmo-Tech Ltd. will lease the systems to the Spanish Ministry of Interior- General Directorate of Penitentiary Institute (DGIP).
The Spanish program has been steadily growing over the past two years and the new agreement provides for further expansion of programmes and new products. In particular, new programmes will include domestic violence tracking equipment as well as alcohol monitoring units. That is in addition to landline and cellular communication-based RF presence monitoring systems, mobile monitoring units, voice verification tools and GPS tracking systems already in use over Elmo-Tech’s single platform monitoring system.
